Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog. The candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and platform configuration while following Agile and SDLC practices.

Key Skills Required:
  • ServiceNow ITSM development and implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Jelly, and Web Services
  • Experience with workflows, SLAs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, Import Sets, and Update Sets
  • Knowledge of SQL and LDAP queries
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Develop Service Catalog items, record producers, and custom applications
  • Build integrations with external systems
  • Develop workflows, transform maps, and automation solutions
  • Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
  • Provide training and documentation to business users
